Daily Jobs Here provides a platform for employers to post job listings and for job seekers to browse and apply for those jobs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of any job listings or the qualifications of any job applicants.
As a job seeker, you understand that:
- We are not responsible for the actions of any employers who post jobs on our Service
- We do not conduct background checks on employers or verify the accuracy of job listings
- We are not involved in any employment contracts or negotiations between you and any employer
- We are not an employment agency or recruiting firm
As an employer, you understand that:
- You are solely responsible for the content of your job listings
- Your job listings must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including anti-discrimination laws
- We do not guarantee any applications or hires as a result of your job listings
