Urgent Opening: Structural / Civil Draftsmen

Produce accurate and detailed structural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation or similar software, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with engineers and architects to convert conceptual designs into practical drawings, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
Prepare and modify construction documents, including plans, sections, and details, while maintaining a consistent project timeline.
Review and analyse design specifications to ensure structural integrity and feasibility, making necessary adjustments.
Assist in the preparation of project estimates and material take-offs to support budgeting and procurement processes.
Implement drafting standards and best practices in all drawings to enhance clarity and usability for construction teams.
Field verification of site conditions to ensure accuracy of designs and drawings, minimizing costly redesigns.
Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to continuously improve drafting techniques and project outcomes.


DCE / ITI / BE, civil or a related field, ensuring a strong foundational knowledge.
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in structural / RCC drafting, demonstrating a solid understanding of civil engineering principles.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, Revit, and other drafting 3D software, showcasing technical capability in producing high-quality drawings.
Familiarity with Internation codes and standards, ensuring compliance in all structural / civil designs and documentation.
Strong attention to detail, enabling the production of precise and error-free drawings that meet project specifications.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach, fostering positive relationships with engineers and architects.
