Job Description
Provide professional travel consultation and booking services outside regular office hours.
Handle urgent travel changes, cancellations, and re-bookings promptly and accurately.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively based on urgency and client impact.
Offer expert advice on travel routes, fares, accommodation, and travel insurance.
Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email
Ensure all travel bookings comply with client policies and preferences.
Monitor and respond to emergencies such as flight delays, cancellations, or travel restrictions.
Maintain detailed records of transactions and client interactions.
Collaborate with the day team for seamless handovers and client continuity.
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as an after-office hours travel consultant in TMC.
Proficiency in all GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo).
Excellent knowledge of international travel regulations, Routing, and fares.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and respond quickly to urgent issues.
Availability during evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
