Job Responsibilities:


As a Marketing Person at Radio Mango you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic marketing and sales efforts. Your key responsibilities will include:


Client Acquisition & Business Development: Identify and onboard new clients by promoting Radio Mangos advertising solutions to businesses across various sectors.
Ad Sales & Revenue Generation: Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize ad revenue by selling radio advertising slots and digital integrations.
Client Servicing & Relationship Management: Understand client requirements, offer customized advertising solutions, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
Collection & Payment Follow-up: Ensure timely collection of payments from advertisers and agencies while maintaining strong client relationships.
Market Analysis & Reports: Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and provide periodic reports on sales performance, revenue trends, and client feedback.
Campaign Execution & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (content, programming, and production) to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns.
Brand Partnerships & Sponsorships: Explore and negotiate sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand visibility and revenue streams.

Key Skills Needed:

Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills: Ability to pitch, persuade, and build long-term relationships with clients.
Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Market Understanding: Knowledge of the Mumbai market, advertising industry, and key sectors for ad sales.
Networking & Relationship Building: Strong industry connections and ability to develop new partnerships.
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret market trends, prepare sales reports, and make data-driven decisions.
Self-motivated & Target-driven: A proactive approach to achieving business objectives.
