Work Schedule: 10 hours/day, 6 days/week.
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to oversee the quality and execution of civil construction projects in KSA. The ideal candidate will ensure technical compliance, quality control, and timely project delivery while managing engineering teams, contractors. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in Gulf construction standards.
Key Responsibilities
•Supervise and monitor the day-to-day progress of construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
•Conduct regular site inspections, material testing, and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
•Address and resolve non-conformities, defects, and construction issues proactively.
•Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and consultants to resolve technical challenges.
•Lead and mentor site engineers, QC inspectors, and technical staff.
Experience
•Minimum 2 years of Gulf experience in civil construction projects (buildings, infrastructure, industrial, etc.).
•Hands-on experience in quality control, site execution, and technical reviews.
