Strong understanding of local and international building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Excellent technical skills in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar applications.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals
