Service Center Head

Manage the day-to-day operations of a high-volume service center.
Lead a team of service technicians, supervisors, and support staff.
Ensure smooth coordination of scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs for our large fleet.
Monitor KPIs for performance, turnaround time, quality, and cost-efficiency.
Oversee inventory management for parts and consumables.
Implement continuous improvement processes in line with industry best practices.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with operations and logistics teams for maximum uptime of vehicles.

Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a rental industry service center or workshop.
Demonstrated ability to handle large-scale operations and teams.
Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of workshop management systems and preventive maintenance strategies.
Technical qualification in automotive/mechanical field preferred.
