Job Description
Having working as a Senior QS for POST CONTRACT works with minimum 6 years in GULF.
Academic Qualified QS Degree / HND.
Ability to supervise and Guide a Team of SQS/QS /AQS.
Experience in preparing Internal Reports to Management.
JOINERY Experience will be an added advantage
Leadership skills and Decision making ability is essential
Knowledge of different form of Contracts
including bespoke furniture, cabinetry, and architectural woodwork.
Strong knowledge of relevant software tools like CostX, Bluebeam, or other estimating software is essential.
Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions under pressure.
Demonstrated leadership qualities, with a track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing teams.
