Responsibilities
Develop and manage performance driven campaigns for CPA, CPI, and WAP offers targeting key global regions including the MENA region, and Europe
Create and optimize high budget campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Bigo Ads and Snapchat.
Conduct A/B testing, conversion experiments, and user funnel optimization to improve campaign performance.
Analyze campaign data using tools like MobiBox; adjust keyword bids, budget caps, and account metrics to enhance ROI.
Measure and report campaign performance against defined KPIs and ROI targets.
Identify trends and insights to inform optimization strategies and drive scalable growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to design landing pages and optimize user experience across channels.
Continuously update and manage ad groups, keyword lists, and creative assets for sustained success.
Generate creative concepts for ads, including images, and compelling copy to boost engagement and conversions.
Integrate campaigns from concept to execution with cross functional collaboration.
Work with agencies and vendor partners to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.
Monitor emerging technologies and provide strategic recommendations for adoption where relevant.
Apply strong analytical skills to evaluate end to end customer journeys and optimize performance.
Ensure awareness of regulations and compliance across all platforms and markets.
Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation abilities to secure premium ad placements.
Proven experience in managing and optimizing advertising campaigns with a focus on traffic buying, direct carrier billing (DCB), and team based scaling strategies.
Proficiency in launching and optimizing campaigns on platforms like TikTok, Meta, Google Ads, Bigo Ads, and Snapchat.
Skilled in utilizing company resources, such as applications, advertising accounts, and paid services, for optimal efficiency.
Expertise in budget allocation, ROI maximization, and audience targeting through performance data analysis.
Ability to create unique advertising strategies, including creatives, landing pages, and user engagement funnels.
Knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in paid advertising, with a collaborative approach to applying insights from partners and colleagues.
