Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the procurement of mechanical and MEP materials in line with project requirements and deadlines
Prepare RFQs, evaluate vendor quotations, and ensure competitive pricing and quality
Coordinate with engineering and site teams to ensure timely material submittals and approvals
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with project specifications
Issue and manage purchase orders, delivery schedules, and vendor performance
Maintain and update procurement records and supplier databases
Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and procedures
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
Experience:
8 to 10 years of procurement experience in the GCC construction market
Strong background working with main contractors on building construction projects
Skills Required:
In-depth knowledge of MEP materials and systems procurement
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Experience in managing vendor approvals, material submittals, and PO workflows
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficient in procurement tools and MS Office
