Job Description

The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, training & development, and offboarding. This role supports the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems, ensuring HR policies and procedures are effectively applied across the organization.


1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and support end-to-end recruitment processes.
Conduct interviews, screen resumes, and participate in shortlisting and selection.
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and ensure completion of pre-employment documentation.
Manage a smooth onboarding experience including orientation sessions, introductions, and system access setup.
2. Employee Records & HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and ensure compliance with legal and internal standards.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of HR-related documents including leaves, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
Prepare reports and analytics related to workforce data, absenteeism, turnover, etc.
3. Performance Management
Support the implementation of the company’s performance management system.
Coordinate the performance appraisal cycle, including goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end evaluations.
Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters and ensure documentation is completed timely.
4. Training & Development
Identify training needs through job analysis, performance reviews, and consultation with line managers.
Organize internal and external training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.
5. Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
Support and execute employee engagement initiatives and activities that enhance morale and workplace culture.
6. Offboarding & Exit Management
Manage the offboarding process including exit interviews, clearance procedures, and final settlements.
Analyze exit feedback and report trends to HR leadership for improvements.
Ensure timely communication and processing of end-of-service benefits and documentation.



Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification is a plus).
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in a generalist HR role, with exposure to the full employee lifecycle.
Solid knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (experience with HRMS preferred).
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
