Senior Architect

Roles & Responsibilities

Review and validate architectural designs, drawings, and BOQs submitted by consultants or design teams.
Supervise the implementation of architectural works on site to ensure alignment with approved designs.
Coordinate with structural and MEP engineers to ensure interdisciplinary design integration.
Provide technical guidance and solutions to construction teams during execution.
Ensure compliance with local codes, zoning regulations, and building safety requirements.
Lead design discussions and manage client feedback to refine architectural solutions.
Use advanced architectural software to produce and review models, layouts, and presentations.
Monitor construction progress and prepare reports on architectural aspects of the project.
Desired Candidate Profile

Any Arab National, Any European National

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Civil)

Male

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university (Master’s is a plus).
At least 12 years of experience in architectural design and construction supervision.
Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in large-scale commercial, residential, or public projects.
Proficient in the use of:
AutoCAD
Revit
SketchUp
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
Lumion or Enscape
Knowledge of international and local building codes, sustainability standards, and construction methods.
Excellent project coordination and communication skills.
Fluency in Arabic is a plus (depending on project location).
