Industry: Retail / Electronics Promotions Location: Northern Emirates (Malls, Hypermarkets & Events) Job Type: Contract / Temporary Salary: AED 1800-2000 + Performance Incentives
About the Role:
We are hiring 30 energetic Sales Promoters to represent our electronics brand in high-traffic retail environments across the UAE. The ideal candidates will have a flair for engaging customers, demonstrating product features, and driving sales through persuasive promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
•Actively promote electronics/similar products through live demonstrations in malls, hypermarkets, and events.
•Engage customers with persuasive selling techniques and product knowledge.
•Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and report performance to supervisors.
•Maintain brand-appropriate presentation at promo booths (merchandising, cleanliness).
•Collect customer feedback and escalate queries to the sales team.
•Work flexible shifts (including weekends/public holidays as per retail schedules).
Nationality: Any nationals only (must be on own visa or tourist visa).
•Experience: 1–2 years in electronics promotions, FMCG, or retail sales.
Skills:
•Excellent face-to-face communication (English/Hindi; Arabic a plus).
•Energetic, outgoing personality with strong persuasion skills.
•Basic understanding of UAE retail dynamics (preferred).
•Attributes: Target-driven with ability to work under pressure.
•Team player willing to adapt to flexible shift rotations
