Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our building materials sales operations in Abu Dhabi or Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the UAE building materials market, with solid connections in the construction industry, contractors, and project consultants.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Manage and grow existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
Lead a sales team (if applicable), set KPIs, and monitor performance.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts with key clients.
Coordinate with the logistics and finance departments to ensure timely delivery and payment collection.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote the brand and products.
Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in building materials sales, with a strong track record in Abu Dhabi and/or Dubai markets.
Strong network with contractors, consultants, and project decision-makers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to drive sales growth and meet targets.
Valid UAE driving license is a must.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
