Roles & Responsibilities
Greet and engage walk-in clients at the showroom.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable tile solutions (slabs, counters, floor/wall tiles).
Handle basic product demos and showroom tours.
Coordinate with backend and logistics teams for order processing.
Build strong customer relationships for repeat business.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Arab National
Bachelor of Business Administration
Any
Language Skills: Must be fluent in Arabic and English – both written and spoken.
Personality: Confident, well-groomed, and polite with a customer-first attitude.
Sales Skills: Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills with the ability to upsell and close sales effectively.
Presentation: Must be presentable and carry a professional demeanor suitable for showroom and client-facing roles.
Experience:
Previous experience in retail sales, tiles/ceramics industry.
Availability: Ready to work full-time, including weekends (with a weekly off on Friday ), from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM at the Sharjah showroom.
Work Ethic: Punctual, organized, and proactive in learning product details and engaging with customers.
