Job Description
Understand the customer’s machining applications and recommend suitable cutting tool solutions (turning, milling, drilling, etc.). Conduct tool trials and product demonstrations at customer sites. Identify and develop new customer accounts in the assigned territory or industry. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the cutting tools business.Identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and market trends. Generate reports on market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
0–5 years of proven sales experience in a relevant industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
Willingness to travel within assigned territory or region.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic team player.
Passion for sales and client engagement.
