Sales Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
- Identify, target, and secure new clients in the UAE (developers, consultants, contractors, etc.).
- Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth sectors and strategic opportunities.
- Attend exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings to promote Horus Fitout services.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations using 3D/2D design tools.
- Follow up and close deals while maintaining CRM records and reporting KPIs.

Design & Technical Pre-Sales
- Develop design proposals and visual presentations using AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering team to create tailored concepts.
- Translate client requirements into detailed shop drawings and design documentation.
- Present realistic renders and mood boards to assist in deal conversion.

Site Supervision & Project Coordination
- Conduct site visits to understand scope, measurements, and constraints.
- Coordinate with contractors and project managers to ensure seamless execution.
- Supervise site work periodically to ensure design intent and client expectations are met.
- Prepare basic BOQs and assist in pricing when needed.

- 2–5 years experience in fit-out, architecture, or interior contracting (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong command of AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, Photoshop, SketchUp, and MS Office.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Highly energetic, self-driven, and willing to wear multiple hats in a startup setting.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Must have a UAE driving license.
