Candidates shall be a well experienced sales professional for selling Plastic Piping system in UAE:-
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for the entire UAE Market in MEP Segment and implementing in line with the business goals.
- Build & strengthen relationship and credibility with customers/ clients /contractors/ consultants in the market.
- Vendor listing with Clients & Consultant.
- Establish strong relation with MEP Contractors and focus on conversion of projects
- Achieves targets as per the business plan in terms of sales, Conversion, GP and payment terms
- Coordinates with other functions for smoothing functioning of sales department in satisfying the customer needs
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve project targets.
Negotiate and close sales agreements.
Monitor and analyze market trends and competition.
Provide regular updates and reports to management.
Qualified Engineer preferably with management degree
15-20 years of experience in sales & marketing of MEP products for the projects in UAE
Should have minimum 10yrs experience in managerial position
Capable to drive a team of sales managers, engineers, executives, coordinators.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Shall have good relation with major MEP Contractors & Consultants in Dubai/ Abu Dhabi.
