Job Title:Sales Director

Language Requirements:

Fluent in Arabic (mandatory)
English is a must
Chinese-speaking is a plus
Salary:Competitive base salary + commission
Probation: 3 months

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales operations in the Saudi Arabia, The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key customer relationships, and overseeing business development efforts in the appliance industry. This position requires a strategic thinker with the ability to lead a team and develop effective sales strategies to expand our market share.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to expand Snow Village’s presence in the region.
Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and motivation.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key regional markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers, including supermarkets, restaurants, and retail stores.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, and operations) to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
Act as the key representative for Snow Village in the region, ensuring a strong and positive brand presence.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales and business development within the Air conditioning/refrigeration industry.
Leadership experience with a track record of managing sales teams and driving growth.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (Chinese is a plus).
Strong understanding of the local market and customer needs in the commercial refrigeration industry.
Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving objectives.
