Sales Coordinator /// Inside Sales Engineer - Instrumentation

Products: Industrial weighing scales, measuring instruments, instrumentation & process control, industrial automation, material handling & lifting equipment, Tools, POS, and CNC.

Location: Dubai International City - UAE

Nationality: Filipino, Arab, or any nationality


1. Sales Coordinator (Engineer)

- Coordinate with the sales team and customers to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support

- Manage CRM entries, follow-ups, and reporting using platforms like Odoo or Zoho CRM

- Support order processing, invoicing, and basic supply chain coordination


2. Inside Sales Engineer (Executive)

- Handle inside sales activities and provide support for external sales when needed

- Respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on proposals

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable technical solutions

- Maintain client relationships and support the sales cycle from inquiry to closing

1 - Requirements / Sales Coordinator (Engineer):-

- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or support roles

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus

- A background in technical or industrial sectors is a strong advantage

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Fluent in English with a clear accent

- Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, Email, CRM)


2 - Requirements / Inside Sales Engineer (Executive):-

- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (preferably in industrial or technical products)

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

- Experience preparing quotations and handling B2B inquiries

- Quick learner with the ability to understand technical products in a short time

- Fluent in English with a clear accent

- Proficient in computer and office applications

- A valid UAE driving license is a plus
