Lead Generation Sales Coordination

Job Description

Generate leads by reaching out to clients through cold calling or social media channels, and schedule appointments for the Sales Team to advance sales opportunities.
Assist the Sales team with creating customized travel proposals, sales contracts, tender documentation and presentations for prospective and existing clients in compliance with company standards
Maintain and update the CRM system with sales progress.
Support the planning and execution of marketing

Bachelor’s degree in business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in a sales coordination role within a travel management company is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to handle high-pressure situations.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) LinkedIn and CRM tools.
