Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and optimize cloud kitchen operational workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and quality, focusing on minimizing food waste and delivery times.
Collaborate with culinary teams to design and refine menus that cater to target demographics, ensuring both taste and presentation align with brand standards.
Implement and monitor food safety and hygiene protocols across all kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with local health regulations.
Utilize data analytics to track kitchen performance metrics, adjusting strategies to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock rotation, to ensure ingredient availability without overstocking.
Train and mentor kitchen staff on best practices, cooking techniques, and equipment usage to foster a skilled and cohesive team.
Coordinate with delivery partners and platforms to streamline order fulfillment and enhance customer experience.
Conduct regular kitchen audits to assess adherence to quality control measures and implement corrective actions as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile
