Job Description

We Are Hiring for the role of Regional Manager - Sales

Location: Hyderabad


Role & responsibilities:

Attain and surpass sales and revenue targets within the designated region.
Manage the team and ensure that all team members meet their assigned targets.
Develop strategic alliances with educational institutions, including schools, colleges, and universities, by identifying potential clients, comprehending their requirements, and providing appropriate solutions to advance the organization's programs and services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within educational institutions.
Organize and conduct webinars, seminars, and other events for prospective learners.
Facilitate the registration of candidates on the TimesPro platform.
Obtain feedback from educational institutions to improve our services and offerings.
Build strong relationships with employers to secure student placements and ensure they post job opportunities on the TimesPro platform.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects related to institutional connections.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify new partnerships and opportunities for business development.
Maintain MIS, analyze reports, and share insights with the reporting manager.


Desired Candidate Profile & Experience -

Institutional sales, Business development, Sales, Student sourcing, Channel expansion & management.
15-18 years of experience in education industry preferably in similar role
Having strong relationships with schools, colleges, universities, employers, and channel partners.
Sales, Team handling, Institutional connects, Networking, Channel management, Partner development & management, willingness to travel.
Presentation skills, basic financial skills, public speaking, MS Office etc.
Proficiency in English and Hindi languages.
