Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform pre- and post-service inspections of vehicles to ensure all complaints are resolved.
- Check for missing bolts, tools, or unfinished work before handing over the vehicle.
- Ensure that the root cause of each reported issue has been rectified.
- Document inspection results, feedback, and any corrective actions taken.
- Work closely with technicians and service advisors to maintain high service standards.
- Report any recurring issues or patterns that need technical attention or process improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Arab National, Indian
Diploma, Bachelor of Technology/Engineering
Any
- Technical diploma or degree in automotive engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of vehicle systems and mechanical components.
- Experience in automotive service centers with a focus on quality and inspection.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
