Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

· Assist Senior Buyers by drafting RFQs, processing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

· Prepare detailed reports and presentations on PR and PO positions, procurement metrics, inventory levels, and supplier performance.

· Monitor inventory levels, conduct supplier evaluations, and coordinate supplier audits.

· Manage the vendor master by collecting KYS forms during supplier onboarding and updating the supplier master periodically.

· Work closely with internal departments to understand their needs and provide timely support and updates.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, resolving any issues related to delivery or quality.

· Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including purchase orders, supplier agreements, and delivery schedules.

· Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

· Manage documentation related to procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 2-3 years in a procurement or purchasing role.
