Job Description
1. Inspection & Monitoring
Check pre-treatment (e.g., cleaning, pickling) before galvanizing；Monitor zinc bath temp, chemical levels, and immersion time;coating thickness, adhesion, and finish after galvanizing; Use gauges, testers, and visual standards.
2. Process Control
Record coating data: thickness, weight, finish; Identify defects and take corrective actions; Ensure compliance with ASTM A123/A153, ISO 1461, and client specs.
3. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain inspection records and prepare quality reports.
4. Safety & Compliance
Follow OSHA and plant safety rules; use PPE correctly; Report hazards and help maintain a safe workplace.
5. Collaboration
Work with teams to resolve quality issues; Communicate with suppliers/customers on technical matters.
6. Tools & Improvement
Calibrate tools, report faults; Suggest process improvements.
7. Training
Support new staff training on inspection procedures.

Any Arab National
Bachelor of Technology/Engineering
Any
1. Education: High school diploma; chemistry degree preferred.
Experience: 8+ years in galvanizing, metalwork, or QC.
Knowledge: ASTM/ISO standards, metal processes.
Skills: Detail-focused, analytical, tool-proficient, strong communication.
