PMV Coordinator – Construction Equipment & Vehicles
Location: Dubai, UAE (All Projects)
Job Type: Full-Time
Start Date: Immediate
Department: PMV – Cost Control
Reports To: Operationally to Operation Manager, Functionally to Cost Control Department
About the Role:
We are hiring a PMV Coordinator to manage the operations, maintenance, and logistics of construction equipment and vehicles across our projects in Dubai. This role is essential to ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant equipment use and maintenance within our construction operations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee maintenance, repair, and deployment of construction vehicles and equipment.
-Manage inventory, procurement, and logistics for machinery and spare parts.
-Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance.
-Coordinate with project teams to meet equipment requirements.
-Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance, and costs.
-Implement preventive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime.
Arabic speaker preferred.
-Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is advantageous.
-Minimum of 10 years’ experience in managing construction equipment and vehicles.
-Strong organizational and communication skills.
-Familiarity with ERP systems and maintenance management software.
