Responsibilities:
- Staging parts and welded assemblies for painting post-assembly.
- Operating production equipment and completing products to engineering specifications and quality standards.
- Preparing tools and equipment for painting processes.
- Identifying potential quality and productivity enhancements.
- Participating in cross-functional meetings.
- Fulfilling additional duties as assigned by the department manager.
- Engaging in communication across all divisions.
