Job Description

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in cleaning services (homes, offices, buildings, schools, hospitals, etc.).
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless client experience.
Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders across various sectors.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored service proposals and marketing strategies.
Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the brand and generate leads.
Use CRM software to track activities, manage leads, and report on performance.
Provide exceptional client support to ensure long-term satisfaction and referrals.
Continuously improve sales strategies and product knowledge.
