Job Description
The key responsibilities as follows:
- Develop and implement organizational strategies and initiatives to improve employee engagement, performance, and overall organizational effectiveness.
- Conduct organizational assessments and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop appropriate interventions.

Desired Candidate Profile
Mandatory Skills:
Large experience with OD modules SAP/SF.
