Job Description

We are inviting applications for multiple opportunities in our Network Practice. Candidates will be required to attend an in-person/ Face-2-Face round of interview at our Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad and Chennai campuses on 19th April 2025.

Network Engineer


We are seeking skilled and motivated Network Engineers to join our dynamic team. The candidate will play a crucial role in implementing, managing, and optimizing network infrastructure.


Location: PAN India

Experience: 3-6 years


Technical Requirements:


Understanding of network protocols: SDWAN, SDLAN, TCP/IP, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, WLC, WAP, VLANs, Spanning Tree Protocol
Experience working on Data center architecture (ACI, Spine & leaf, flat v/s hierarchical)
SDWAN Viptela, Silver peak, Versa, Aryaka
Monitoring and Ticketing tools - SolarWinds, Cisco Prime, Cisco DNAC, BMC, Jira, Service Now
Understanding of network Load balancers F5, NetScaler, VMware AVI etc.
Working knowledge on DNS/DHCP/IPAM, Cloud Proxy.
Monitor network performance metrics like bandwidth utilization, latency, and packet loss to identify potential issues and proactively address them

Role & responsibilities:

.

Resolving incident & problem on network technology mainly Routing / Switching / Wireless, SDWAN, SD LAN, DC Network.
Ensuring the resolution within the SLA
Resolving P1 & MIM on fast track
Work with networking OEM for resolution and permanent Fix
Work on capacity management and Change management as per best practice
Knowledge of basic troubleshooting skills in network
Working closely with inter domain team to resolve tickets and meet the SLA.
Manage escalations, be a trusted advisor for the customer and work closely with customers in resolving customer query and action
Running the service operations in close cooperation with other IT process owners and service owners.
Prepare reports as per business requirements
Ensure the tickets are close with in SLA and bring efficiency in addressing

Preferred Certification: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE
