Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities on-site.
Ensure MEP designs align with project requirements and site conditions.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
Monitor MEP installations, ensuring quality and compliance with standards.
Review drawings, specifications, and schedules to avoid conflicts.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to design specifications, ensuring the timely identification of discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all MEP activities on-site.
Supervise subcontractors and ensure timely project execution.
Conduct inspections and support project handover.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in MEP, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
Experience in MEP coordination.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, drawings, and industry standards.
Experience in AutoCAD, Revit, or other MEP software is a plus.
