Vendor Management Brand Engagement Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Marketing Activation Executive to lead and coordinate all brand events, exhibitions, field campaigns, and activation partnerships across the UAE. The ideal candidate will manage the execution of ATL, TTL, BTL marketing initiatives including events, exhibitions, trade shows, retail activations, public awareness programs, and sampling events. This role also includes tracking relevant FMCG events, suggesting strategic participation, and building strong connections with key institutions such as schools, universities, hospitals, fitness centres, and community hubs to drive continuous brand awareness and outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

Event & Exhibition Management

Plan, coordinate, and execute all EKTIFA events, exhibitions, and trade shows from start to finish
Liaise with venue organizers, booth builders, design agencies, and logistics teams
Manage setup, staffing, sampling materials, and brand visibility
Ensure timely planning and alignment with product launches or awareness periods
In-Market Campaigns & Retail Activations

Work closely with the trade marketing activities to implement sampling events, promotions, and in-store brand visibility
Coordinate marketing supplies (POSMs, uniforms, kits) and ensure brand consistency
Support field merchandisers and BTL teams in day-to-day execution of campaigns
Industry Event Scouting & Proposal Planning

Continuously monitor FMCG-related expos, summits, health events, food fairs, and retail festivals in the UAE
Propose strategic participation for EKTIFA in line with brand positioning and commercial objectives
Prepare event proposals including cost estimates, expected reach, and alignment with target audiences
Awareness Campaign Partnerships

Identify and regularly approach schools, nurseries, universities, hospitals, fitness clubs, wellness centres, and government entities to build brand engagement
Propose creative campaign ideas and activations tailored to each segment.
Build a contact database and maintain active follow-up for seasonal and recurring activations
Project Coordination & Reporting

Maintain a comprehensive activation calendar including confirmed events and partnership plans
Track campaign KPIs including footfall, engagement, sample distribution, lead generation, and feedback
Submit post-event reports with visual documentation and improvement recommendations
Cross-Team & Agency Collaboration

Work closely with brand managers, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Events Management, or related field
2+ years’ experience in marketing, event execution, or activation management (preferably FMCG sector)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage
Valid UAE driving license is highly preferred
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint)
