Joinery Production Planning Engineer

Develop detailed production schedules that align with project timelines, ensuring all joinery works are completed on time.
Optimize resource allocation, including materials and labor, to maximize efficiency and reduce waste in the joinery production process.
Conduct regular assessments of production processes to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate documentation of production processes, schedules, and resource usage for accountability and future reference.
Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials needed for production, preventing delays.
Monitor production output against benchmarks to ensure quality standards are met and maintained throughout the process.
Lead regular meetings with production staff to communicate changes in plans and address any challenges that arise.



Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field, with a focus on joinery or woodworking.
Proficiency in production planning software and tools, with a strong understanding of CAD systems.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions that affect production outcomes.
A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think critically under pressure.
Attention to detail, ensuring high-quality standards in joinery production and adherence to specifications.
Minimum 8 - 10 years experience in Fit Out industry
