Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line support for all IT-related issues via phone, email, or in-person
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
Troubleshoot and resolve network, printer, and software issues
Maintain and update documentation related to IT procedures and systems
Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including setting up accounts and equipment
Ensure security protocols are followed and assist in maintaining data integrity
Collaborate with other IT team members on infrastructure and system projects.
