Job Description
Handle end-to-end recruitment process across multiple industries and domains.
Understand client requirements and develop appropriate sourcing strategies.
Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other innovative methods.
Screen resumes, assess candidates over the phone, and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with clients and candidates to ensure smooth interview and selection processes.
Maintain and update candidate databases and reports.
Follow up with candidates post-interview until joining.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Meet individual and team targets and KPIs.
Preferred candidate profile
6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a consultancy or agency setting.
Strong sourcing and screening skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field (preferred).
