Job Description
Assist in recruitment: posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain HR reports, timesheets, leave records, and attendance systems.
Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance and leave data.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
Oversee office supplies, maintenance, and service provider coordination.
Ensure smooth daily operations of the office environment.
Manage administrative support for meetings, travel bookings, and staff events.
Handle petty cash and coordinate with the accounts department for reconciliations.
Maintain vendor relationships and contracts related to office services.
Liaise with the company PRO for visa processing, Emirates ID, labor card, and medical test arrangements.
Track visa renewals, labor contracts, and other government-related document expiries.
Assist in the preparation and submission of documentation to government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA, DHA, etc.).
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements related to employee affairs in the UAE.
Positive attitude and a proactive approach to HR challenges, contributing to a vibrant and supportive workplace culture.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar HR and administrative role in the UAE.
Solid knowledge of UAE labor laws and government procedures.
Familiarity with government portals like MOHRE, GDRFA, and DHA.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HRMS is an advantage.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
