Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage day-to-day catering operations, ensuring top-quality food service and hygiene standards.
Supervise and support catering staff across multiple shifts, maintaining morale and performance.
Manage overall camp operations, including accommodation, dining facilities, and building maintenance.
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, government authorities (ex: Baladia, FDA compliance with all safety, health, and labor regulations.
Monitor stock levels, procurement, and proper use of supplies.
Develop and maintain schedules, training programs, and reporting systems.
Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure smooth daily functioning of all camp services.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the catering or hospitality industry.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong organizational and communication abilities.
Experience managing catering services in camp environments or remote locations is highly desirable.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
Proficiency in English both writing and speaking.
