Job Overview:
The Grievance Officer will be responsible for managing, resolving, and documenting grievances or concerns raised by blue-collar employees. This role ensures timely communication between workers and management, promotes a harmonious work environment, and upholds company values and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for handling labor grievances and concerns
Investigate complaints, mediate disputes, and provide prompt resolutions
Maintain proper documentation of all grievance cases and outcomes
Coordinate with HR, operations, and site supervisors to implement fair solutions
Ensure worker welfare policies are being followed at all times
Conduct regular visits to labor accommodations or worksites to understand concerns
Promote a positive work environment and provide emotional support when required
Address urgent matters such as conflict, misconduct, or safety concerns
Prepare and share grievance reports with management for tracking and improvements
Educate workers about their rights and the grievance redressal process
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in grievance handling, labor relations, or blue-collar HR support
Strong interpersonal, listening, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to speak clearly and patiently with diverse teams and workers
Basic reporting and documentation skills
Knowledge of Saudi labor laws (preferred)
Fluency in English and Hindi/Urdu (Arabic is an added advantage)
Willingness to travel to worker sites or accommodations as required
