Grader Operator

The Grader Operator is responsible for operating a motor grader to level, spread, smooth and to maintain the slopes of the surface of roads, construction sites, Unpaved Areas or other projects according to specifications. The role requires an understanding of grading techniques, strong attention to safety protocols, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines.


3 to 5 years’ experience operating a motor grader or similar heavy equipment in construction or road maintenance.
Heavy Equipment Operator Certification: Completion of a recognized heavy equipment operator certification program.
Driver’s License: Valid KSA Heavy driver’s license is a Must
OSHA Certification: OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) certification in construction safety is preferred.
Proficiency in English language; coordination skills, numerical skills, understanding and following SOPs/ work instructions, communication skills, knowledge in health & safety standards; job specific skills in the relevant field
