Roles & Responsibilities

The Front of House Retail Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the customer experience within the retail store. This includes leading and motivating the front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, maintaining visual merchandising standards, efficient cashier operations, overseeing the daily operations of the store's front-end area and creating a positive and welcoming store environment. This role requires a dynamic and customer-centric individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for retail.

The role will involve managing a team of front-end staff, coordinating with other departments, and maximizing sales opportunities. The Front of House Store Manager plays a pivotal role in creating a positive customer experience and driving the success of the store.

Sales Management:

· Implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets.

· Monitor sales performance and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

· Train and motivate sales staff and cashiers to optimize their performance.

· Ensure excellent customer service is always provided.

· Works closely with the Retail Manager to provide a seamless experience

· Tours the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers and identifying or resolving urgent issues

· Deals with sales, as and when required and additionally, and has overall responsibility for shop floor customer service.

· Management reporting’s related to daily sales and any other reports as per corporate requirements.
