Filling Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Filling Machine Operator with 2–4 years of experience in dairy processing, specifically in the manufacturing and filling of Milk and UHT (Ultra-High Temperature) products. The role involves operating and maintaining automated filling machines to ensure safe, hygienic, and efficient packaging in line with food safety standards.

Set up and calibrate filling machines according to product specifications, ensuring optimal performance and accuracy during production runs.
Monitor the filling process for quality control, adjusting machine settings and troubleshooting any operational issues to minimize downtime.
Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure compliance with hygiene standards and operational efficiency.
Record production data and fill levels, maintaining meticulous logs to support inventory management and quality assurance audits.


High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in machinery or manufacturing is a plus.
Proficiency in operating automated filling machines and basic troubleshooting skills to resolve mechanical issues.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards throughout the filling process.
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting, ensuring workplace safety.
