Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
a. Identify and capitalize on business prospects by recognizing potential customers/clients within target segments.
b. Conduct visits to potential customers, with a focus on Institutions and Business Corporates, to cultivate new business opportunities.
c. Employ various strategies such as activities and presentations to generate business from prospective and existing customers.
d. Develop, maintain, and execute a strategic territory plan aligned with overall sales strategy, meeting or exceeding Manager-assigned targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
a. Profiling customers to comprehensively understand their requirements and address their unique needs effectively.
b. Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with existing customers, delivering exceptional service and fostering customer loyalty.
c. Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure customer-centric service delivery, emphasizing initiatives that result in long-term customer loyalty.
Reporting & Documentation:
a. Accurately record sales-related data and other pertinent information, ensuring comprehensive documentation.
b. Provide timely and relevant reports to the Manager, detailing sales performance and outcomes.
c. Analyze sales performance on a monthly basis, highlighting variances between targets and actual sales, and present these findings to the Manager.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business administration, sales, or a related field.
Demonstrated track record of success in sales and key account management, particularly in the Healthcare sector.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Strong organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Exceptional customer service skills, encompassing active listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication. Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas clearly and concisely.
Strong ability to establish and nurture rapport with key clients, while effectively managing multiple accounts concurrently. Proactive attitude with a result-oriented approach to sales and relationship management.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
Willingness to travel as required for customer visits and business development initiatives.
