Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Chairman
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate high-level appointments and events
Organize and prepare documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence in English and either German or Turkish
Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
Coordinate extensive international and domestic travel arrangements, including visa processing
Liaise with internal departments, board members, stakeholders, and external partners
Translate and interpret (as needed) between English and German or Turkish
Support the Chairman in business and personal matters as required
Monitor and follow up on important tasks and projects
Represent the Chairman professionally in all interactions
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably at C-level
Prior experience working in Dubai is essential
Fluency in English and German or Turkish (spoken and written)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Discreet, reliable, and highly professional
Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and modern communication tools
