Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team in Dubai with the following skills:

Requirements:


Proficiency in both English and Arabic (writing and speaking).

Experience in managing correspondence and communications.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently.

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.

High proficiency in using computer programs (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).

Skills in preparing reports and presentations.

Ability to deal with clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

Previous experience in executive secretarial work (preferred).

Responsibilities:


Manage correspondence and communication with clients and staff.

Organize meetings, events, and coordinate agendas.

Prepare reports and administrative correspondence.

Perform general secretarial duties and document management.

Provide administrative support to various departments within the company.

Qualifications:


A degree in Business Administration or a related field.

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
