Job Description

Stay updated on platform policies, ensuring compliance and adapting strategies to align with changes in Amazon and Noon regulations.
Prepare regular reports for stakeholders, summarizing performance, insights, and recommendations for future strategies.
Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and consumer preferences on Amazon and Noon.
Optimize product listings with SEO best practices, ensuring high visibility and conversion rates through compelling titles, descriptions, and images.
Manage inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with suppliers to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
Utilize analytics tools to track performance metrics, analyze sales data, and recommend actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Develop and execute promotional campaigns, including discounts and bundling strategies, to boost sales during peak shopping periods.
Monitor and respond to customer reviews and inquiries promptly, enhancing brand reputation and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align online presence with overall brand strategy and drive traffic through ads and social media.
Implement A/B testing for product listings and ads to determine the most effective strategies for engagement and conversion.


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce management, specifically within Amazon and Noon platforms.
Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing successful product launches on e-commerce platforms.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central, and data visualization software.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and proactive.
Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset; able to adapt strategies based on market feedback and performance.
Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to assist with listing visuals is advantageous.
