Responsibilities:
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you are responsible for developing a large base of connections and followers
across digital platforms and building a powerful online brand identity that is recognized across the construction
industry.
You will be responsible for executing memorable digital marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and loyalty
in order to meet operational goals like lead generation and to support the organizations core goal of creating a gen-x
industry network for the construction industry.
The operational responsibilities of this position are:
1. Managing the organizations social media presence and digital advertising
2. Creating a social media calendar and planning marketing campaigns to meet defined objectives
3. Executing marketing campaigns as planned
4. Designing collateral for campaigns and our online presence
5. Producing creative social media content e-mail content
6. Independently managing all broadcast e-mail marketing
7. Organizing event partnerships in line with marketing objectives
8. Maintaining detailed records of digital marketing activities
9. Tracking and evaluating digital marketing performance, in website testing and SEO monitoring
10. Representing the organization at events as required
In addition to the above you will be expected to complete any other tasks assigned by your Supervisor
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2+ years of work experience with corporate social media management
A deep understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising and SEO
Ability to communicate in ways that resonates with target audiences
Wit and creativity are essential qualities for success in this position. You must be extremely focused on meeting objectives and have a systematic analytic approach in campaign
execution
Proficiency in managing social media platforms.
Proficiency in using MS-Office and internet applications
Excellent written and spoken business English
You must be a positive people person who builds relationships and communicates proactively
