Crusher Mechanics For Quarry

Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical issues on crushing equipment including jaw crushers, cone crushers, impact crushers, and screens.

* Perform routine maintenance (greasing, oil changes, filter replacements, wear part checks) to minimize downtime.

* Rebuild or replace worn mechanical parts, such as bearings, shafts, gears, and conveyor components.

* Maintain and repair associated systems such as hydraulic and pneumatic systems, conveyor belts, and vibrating screens.

* Ensure all equipment is operating safely and within manufacturer specifications.

* Assist in equipment installations, alignments, and commissioning of new or overhauled machinery.

* Maintain records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and parts used.

* Work closely with plant operators and electricians to coordinate equipment availability.

* Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and environmental procedures.

* Participate in safety meetings and training sessions as required.




Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and gear systems.

* Familiarity with crushing and screening equipment (e.g., Metso, Sandvik, Terex, etc.).

* Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, technical drawings, and schematics.

* Welding and fabrication skills are a plus.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy components and work in rough outdoor environments.
