Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist skilled workers (e.g., carpenters, masons, electricians, plumbers) with tasks on site
Load and unload materials and tools
Prepare and clean work areas before, during, and after construction
Mix and pour concrete, or help set up forms for foundations
Carry and move heavy materials using wheelbarrows, lifts, or manually
Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision
Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear (PPE)
Support scaffolding setup, temporary structures, and barricades
Assist with demolition work when required
Perform general site maintenance and housekeeping duties
