Job Description

Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring seamless patient flow and adherence to scheduled appointments, resulting in enhanced patient satisfaction.
Implement and monitor clinic policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, billing, and cost control, to maximize clinic profitability while maintaining high service quality.
Supervise and train clinic staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring the team is equipped to deliver exceptional patient care.
Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize resource allocation and improve service delivery efficiency.
Analyze clinic performance metrics and patient feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives.
Facilitate effective communication between departments to enhance teamwork and streamline operations.
Maintain inventory management systems for medical supplies, ensuring availability while minimizing waste.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote clinic services and attract new patients.
Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, addressing concerns and ensuring a patient-centered approach to care.

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations management, preferably within a clinical setting.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards, including HIPAA and OSHA.
Proven experience in financial management, including budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle management.
Excellent leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
